Prejardhja (anglisht)Etymology

Possibly from Proto-Albanian *antā (“desire; breath, soul”), from *anja (“to breathe”) (whence ëj (“to blow; to swell”)), from Proto-Indo-European *h₂enh₁- (“to breathe”), + *-tā (nominal suffix). Compare semantics of Tocharian B āñme (“wish, desire; self, inner being, soul”). Possibly related to the personal name Illyrian *Andis.
