Which is used in metaphorical curses (directed at enemies or people that speak out what should've stay unspoken); cf. "të rëntë pika" (optative: 'may the sun spot fall upon to you') - wishing a person paralysis or even worse, immediate death caused by cerebral hemorrhage. Similar to English "drop dead".
